MWire Console and API
What we collect. – Account details: name, email, organisation, phone (optional), GSTIN (optional), and what you plan to build. – Security and usage data: IP address, login times, API key prefixes, and usage records (time, service, language, duration, characters, charge). – Payment records: amount, status and PayU reference. PayU collects your card, UPI or bank details. We never see or store them.
What we do not keep. Audio and text you send in short API calls or the web tools are processed to produce your result and are not retained afterwards. For long-audio jobs, the uploaded audio is deleted within 24 hours of the job finishing, and the transcript is kept for 7 days so you can download it, then deleted.
No model training. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train or improve our models. If we ever offer an opt-in programme, it will be off by default and need your clear consent.
Why we use your data. To run your account, deliver the service, take payment, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and contact you about your account. We send service messages only. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes data for us. Payment processing (PayU), email delivery (ZeptoMail by Zoho), web hosting, and GPU compute for the models. They act on our instructions and must protect the data. Data may be stored or processed in India or in other countries, depending on the provider. We will name locations here once the hosting is final.
Cookies. The console uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Security. We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, hashed API keys, rate limits and login lockouts, and limit staff access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and report it to the authorities as the law requires, including to CERT-In within 6 hours where applicable.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to connect@mwirelabs.com. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Children. The console is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.
